Free fast-pitch clinic & new community team

Cloverleaf High School softball coaches and players will host a free two-day clinic for Cloverleaf girls in grades 6, 7 and 8 interested in sharpening their skills.

The clinic will be held 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Oct. 13 and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 19 at the CHS varsity softball field. It will take place rain or shine, and all attendees will receive a free t-shirt.

Advanced registration for the clinic is highly recommended. Forms were distributed at Cloverleaf Middle School and are available below.

In addition to the clinic, CHS coaches and players are helping sixth-, seventh- and eighth-graders in forming a new, competitive community fast-pitch team that will practice together, play in a winter league, and play in a competitive summer league to help continue to develop the talented youth of Cloverleaf.

The community team is not a school-sponsored activity, so there is no affiliation with CMS. By attending the clinic, you can get more information on this community team that will be coached by community member Tom Weyand.
